See Saw Organic Balance Pinot Noir

Discover the See Saw Organic Balance Pinot Noir, an exquisite wine made from 100% organic Pinot Noir grapes. This unique blend features five Pinot clones (MV6, 667, 115, 777, and Abel) cultivated across our three vineyards with varying elevations. Harvested selectively in the cool morning, the fruit undergoes a cold soak prior to fermentation in open-top fermenters. To ensure a light extraction, the wine is hand-plunged daily and pressed off skins after 10 days. It is then matured in a combination of stainless steel tanks and barrels for 6 months before blending and bottling.

The result is a bright cherry red wine with an enticing aroma of red plums and violets, complemented by a hint of background oak. On the palate, enjoy the flavors of wild strawberries, pomegranate, and a spicy red-fruited mid-palate integrated with fine tannins.
