Tambourlaine No Preservatives Added Shiraz: Hunter Valley, NSW. Rich blackberry and dark plum on the nose with warm spice, pepper and dark chocolate. Full-bodied and expressive on the palate with a soft, round finish. Pure fruit, nothing masking it.

Tambourlaine No Preservatives Added Pinot Noir: Hunter Valley, NSW. Fresh red cherry and strawberry on the nose with a hint of forest floor. Light to medium-bodied on the palate with silky tannins and a clean, bright finish. Effortlessly drinkable.

Tambourlaine Point 65 Syrah: Hunter Valley, NSW. Dark cherry and violet on the nose with white pepper and cool-climate spice. Elegant and precise on the palate with a long, smooth finish. The Syrah style at its best.

Tambourlaine Point 65 Malbec: Hunter Valley, NSW. Deep plum and dark berry on the nose with a touch of mocha. Full and generous on the palate with velvety tannins and a warm, satisfying finish.

Tscharke Elements GSM: Barossa Valley, SA. Bright red cherry and raspberry from the Grenache, dark spice and body from the Shiraz, earthy savoury depth from the Mourvedre. Together something that is more than the sum of its parts.

Vignoble Boudon 'Chapo' Bordeaux, Sulphite Free 2016: Bordeaux, France. Dark plum and ripe blackberry on the nose with cedar and a whisper of leather from ten years of bottle age. Velvety and long on the palate. Genuinely elegant and completely sulphite-free.
