About the Journey Pack
Your monthly "passport" to discovering the world of wine from boutique, sustainably farmed, and minimal intervention wineries from around the world. Each pack includes a curated selection of 6 wines, tasting notes, food pairings and the story behind each winery.
We taste every wine ourselves and only partner with wineries that fit our philosophy. If it doesn't meet these requirements (and doesn't taste incredible), it doesn't make the cut.
The Journey pack is 6 bottles of wine in each pack
When you subscribe you get 10% off, but you can buy a single pack where wanted. Subscriptions are every month or every 3 months.
You can pause at any time or cancel after 3 x deliveries.
No, once you subscribe to the Journey Pack you will get 10% off all wines on our website until you cancel your subscription, no matter the frequency of your pack.
Yes, when you are checking out please make a note on the delivery, we can also add a personalised note on it for you.

Shipping & Returns
We ship Australia-wide.
We are based in Sydney and all products are shipped from our Sydney warehouse. We ship via Australia Post and Aramex, approximate shipping times to capital cities are:
- Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 2-3 days
- Adelaide: 3-5 days
- Perth: 8-12 days.
If required, express shipping quotes are available on request.
Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
Yes, we ship every day, and aim to get your packages out within 2 business days of receiving the order.
We go to a lot of trouble to ensure that the wine is stored in the best manner, and we prefer not to ship in extreme conditions. If the forecast is for extreme heat, we will contact you to discuss shipping times.
You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. Simply follow the link in the email to see shipping progress.
We are here to help and apologise if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty.
If a wine or glasswear is broken upon arrival, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving the product).
For faulty wine, please contact us upon opening the bottle.
- Please email us with the details of the faulty product
- Attach a photo of the damaged/ faulty product.
Upon each request, our Returns and Warranty Team will review your claim within 2 business days and respond with further instructions. Please keep an eye on your inbox and/or junk inbox.
Wine education & storage
Not all our wines are certified organic, it will be clearly labeled on each product page which wines are certified. You can also find certified organic wines here
The rest of our portfolio are all minimal-interventions, sustainably made and/or biodynamically made.
Keep your wines in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, ideally under 18°C.
Try not to move your wines into different spots around the house, the constant changes in temperature could cause faults in the wine.
Most wines will stay fresh for 2-4 days if re-corked and refrigerated. Pet Nats and Prosecco are best enjoyed withing 24-48 hours.
The Journey Pack will come with tasting notes and food pairings. Any individual bottles you can find all tasting notes on the website.

Yes, all wine is available as an individual bottle, or in a mix of your choice.
Yes! If you live in Sydney we offer private at-home tastings, corporate events and wedding wine supply.
