Chevalier de Bayard Aude IGP comes from the Aude region of southern France within the Pays d’Oc, a broad area that includes a range of traditional grape varieties. This regional wine is crafted in a style that highlights the sunny character of the south, with generosity of fruit and an easy drinking profile.

The wine typically blends traditional southern French red grapes. While the specific blend may vary by vintage, it often includes varietals such as Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan, which thrive in warm climates and bring ripe fruit flavours and soft structure.
