Introducing See Saw Wine's Balance Prosecco, a delightful 100% organic Prosecco crafted with care from Annangrove Park. Harvested on the 13th and 14th of February, our Prosecco grapes were meticulously picked based on their flavor and balance. The juice underwent a cold-settling process before being inoculated with a neutral sparkling yeast strain. This long and cool fermentation process preserved the delicate fruit aromatics and flavors, resulting in a wine that is both vibrant and refreshing.

Our Balance Prosecco boasts a generous bead of bubbles and a soft pale straw hue. On the nose, you'll find bright lemon sherbet, green apple, and delicate florals. The palate offers crisp green apple, honeydew melon, and lemon pith, providing great flavor intensity with a dry finish. Whether enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with your favorite dishes, our Prosecco is perfect for every food and celebration.
