Description

Introducing See Saw's 100% organic Pinot Gris, crafted with care and precision to reflect the true essence of the vineyard. Harvested from the Annangrove Park vineyard in the cool of the morning, this Pinot Gris is made with a minimal intervention approach, ensuring the purity of flavors and characteristics of the grapes.

The grapes are whole berry pressed to stainless steel without the addition of sulphur, preserving their natural vibrancy. Fermented over 10 days and matured on lees for 6 months, this wine develops a textural complexity and a long, satisfying finish. Bottled in October 2024, this Pinot Gris is both vegan-friendly and a true expression of our commitment to sustainable winemaking.

The wine presents a gorgeous golden straw color and enticing aromas of Nashi pear, candied lemon, and spice. On the palate, expect medium-bodied richness with fleshy pear, quince, and a lingering finish. With an alcohol content of 12%, this Pinot Gris is a versatile companion for warm summer afternoons, whether served as an aperitif with cheese or alongside fresh seafood.

Pair this wine with the soothing tunes of Tina Arena’s “Sorrento Moon” for a perfect sensory experience.
