The vineyard's unique microclimate, characterized by super cool temperatures and a long growing season, fosters the optimal conditions for Sauvignon Blanc cultivation, ensuring the retention of natural acidity and the development of complex flavors. In a testament to the vineyard's prowess, the fruit harvested for this vintage was the last received at the winery in 2023, carefully picked at the pinnacle of ripeness and pristine cleanliness.

Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, Nomads Gardens Pétillant Naturel exudes a gentle fine bead bubble, a testament to the winemaker's dedication to perfection. This marks the winery's third attempt at producing Pétillant Naturel, and by far the most exceptional to date. The wine's super fine balanced acidity harmonizes seamlessly with the texture imparted by bottle aging on lees, resulting in a sensory experience that is both nuanced and captivating.

Nose: Tropical fruit with yeasty overlay

Palate: The wine exhibits a gentle fine bead bubble. The Guys third attempt at making Pet Nat and by far the best to date. Super fine balanced acidity contrast nicely with the texture created by the bottle aging on lees. Lower carbonation also means the risk of this Pet Nat misbehaving is very low, happy days!
