This wine is a true expression of minimal intervention winemaking. Hand-picked grapes are co-fermented on their skins by wild yeast, with no filtration or fining, and only minimal sulphites added. Crafted as an orange or amber wine, although closer in appearance to a rosé, this wine is made from white grape varieties that are fermented on their skins, before being pressed and transferred to large oak vessels for the completion of fermentation.

The wine is bottled without any further intervention, meaning no additions, fining, or filtration, creating a completely natural wine. As such, the wine may present a slight haze and is likely to throw a crust of harmless crystals, a testament to its natural origins.

On the nose, you'll discover delightful aromas of guava with subtle hints of strawberry. The palate is bright and textural, offering flavors of red berries and watermelon with a dry finish.
