Structured, elegant and built to age. Vibrant cherry, cranberry, redcurrant and fresh thyme, with subtle earthy notes and fine oak spice. Long and complex on the palate, framed by fine silky tannins and a savoury mineral thread. From Carrick, organic, minimal intervention and nothing hidden. Description
The Bannockburn Pinot Noir is the wine around which the entire Carrick project is built. Twenty-eight-year-old vines across the Cairnmuir Terraces and Arthur's Vineyard, a mix of clones 10/5, 5 and 13, produce small yields of intensely concentrated fruit that winemaker Rosie Menzies works with a light hand.
Certified organic under BioGro since 2008, the estate operates without herbicides, synthetic pesticides or fertilisers. No fining agents are used, and filtration is kept to a minimum. Rosie describes the wine as vibrant, elegant and balanced, built on fine tannin and with the structural precision to age gracefully over the coming decade.

Nose: Vibrant and expressive with notes of cherry, cranberry, reductant, fresh thyme and tea leaf. Subtle earthy undertones and fine oak spice support the fruit without dominating.

I love its cripsness plus i dont get ab anti histamine reaction..been the High & Dry Tamberlaine Curvee for 5 years. Thank you for stocking it as its hard to ger in liqour shops. Dymphna
These glasses bring a lightweight, sophisticated touch to any dining experience. We received them as a gift and have been absolutely delighted—so much so that we wouldn’t choose anything else now. They’ve truly elevated our table setting.
We absolutely love this wine! After one run through the decanter, it becomes a beautifully smooth red. We also purchased the decanter from The Wine Traveller and couldn’t be happier. Quick dispatch and delivery. The organic reds taste incredibly fresh and clean—no chemical aftertaste at all and no hangover. We're hooked. Thanks, Greg!
I was at first hesitant about a sparkling wine in a screw cap bottle but was very pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the wine and the cap. The screw cap does a better job of keeping the bubbles fresh than any champagne stopper I have ever used.
This wine is our favourite drop for those everyday bubbles where you don't want to open an expensive French champagne like Verve or Taittinger (she who must be obeyed favourites).
It’s good enough to drink as a non alcoholic alternative to champagne and the little bottles are perfect - big enough to share or to drink the whole lot yourself!
I’ve had to give up my French champagne for health reasons and so I’ve tested many sparkling ‘wines’. I first sampled this at the famous Lakehouse Daylesford and have never looked back. It looks like champagne and is the closest thing you’ll get without the alcohol and the French touch. Give it a go!
It made me sad when my doctor said to give up alcohol. I love my bubbles. At a lunch at the Lakehouse I saw this non- alcoholic sparkling and gave it a go. Game changer. Looked the same and was very well received by my palate! The best part no adverse reactions and no hangover. So…..I had to buy some for those special celebrations when I didn’t want to feel left out. A little on the expensive side but worth it.
We are normally Shiraz drinkers, but I would describe this Grenache as a warmer-climate Pinot Noir with more body, making it incredibly approachable, food-friendly, and a fantastic alternative to heavier reds.
It is a highly aromatic, medium-bodied red wine with flavours reminiscent of red cherry, raspberry, and strawberry. Very nice indeed.
We were amazed how quickly you managed to package our order and get it Aus Post. Unfortunately, Aus Post are a business that do not care about quality and it took 2 weeks to get it to us. This is not out of the ordinary and I feel Aus Post are hurting businesses and this might impact on whether we decide to purchase from you guys again. However, you guys were great!
I tasted this wine at Marmelo restaurant in Melbourne. I loved it. I have been systematically tasting zero alcohol sparkling wines for some months and this was the best one I had ever tasted. I ordered 6 bottles, and everyone I share it with is VERY impressed.
My son bought this prosecco at the Sutherland Saturday markets, and we all agree it's the best prosecco we've had. I re-ordered directly through The Wine Traveller as they weren't there a couple of weeks ago, and delivery was super-fast plus 10% off my first order! Very happy, and will be purchasing again once we get through the latest box.
