Intensely crimson, the Brockenchack 2019 Zip Line Shiraz is a deep and brooding expression of Eden Valley fruit.  Soft, luscious, and vibrant, the ripe red and black fruit spectrum (of raspberry, blackberry, and black cherry) expands across the palate, finishing generously with vanilla, cocoa, and a gentle dash of black pepper amongst the most pleasing tannins.

Description

Brockenchack wines are located in the Eden Valley, and 2019 was a dryer year resulting in lower volumes and more concentrated fruit producing a wine that drinks way above its price.

Brockenchack Zipline Shiraz is a ripper with Alluring Crimson Ruby Hues Abundant aromas of fully ripe black and blue fruits lift effortlessly with mocha notes and subtle vanilla in harmony.

Tasting Notes

Vintage:

Colour: Deep ruby colour with the brightest crimson hue
Nose: Ripe fruit and subtle floral aromatics
Palate: Restrained use of oak allows the fruit to lead the way, with pure ripe plum and black fruits with soft chocolate and vanilla notes all wrapped up in excellent tannin grip
