Description

See Saw Wine is a family-run, certified organic producer built by Justin and Pip Jarrett over more than 25 years in the Orange wine region. From vintage 2019 onwards, every wine in the range is organically certified and vegan. The three estate vineyard sites sit at 700m, 800m and 900m elevation above sea level, where the cool-climate conditions slow ripening, preserve natural acidity and build genuine flavour complexity in the fruit.

The Incubator series is where See Saw pushes the boundaries of what is possible from their vineyards. Small-batch, experimental and low-intervention, these wines are made to be expressive and exciting. The 2024 Gamay, the first time See Saw has released this variety as a standalone wine, showcases what Orange's altitude can do with a grape best known from Beaujolais in France. Machine-harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness, gently fermented in stainless steel and bottled early to capture vitality. Awarded three-times Best Organic Wine at the NSW Wine Awards.
