See Saw Wine sits at the forefront of the Orange wine region's rise as one of Australia's most exciting cool-climate destinations. Founded by Justin and Pip Jarrett, the winery manages 170 hectares across three vineyard sites at different elevations: 700m, 800m and 900m above sea level.

Orange's cool nights and long autumns are well suited to Shiraz, producing a wine with the pepper, spice and brightness that mark cool-climate expressions of the variety. The Balance range is built for everyday enjoyment: fruit-forward, balanced and genuinely unpretentious. All Balance range wines are certified organic and vegan-friendly.

Tasting Notes

Vintage: 2024

Colour: Medium to deep ruby with a clear, vivid hue.

Nose: Expressive cool-climate aromatics of dark cherry, blackberry and plum, with a distinctive thread of black pepper, dried herbs and spice from the high-altitude Shiraz character.

Palate: Medium-bodied with well-balanced fruit and spice. Good flavour length, smooth tannins and natural acidity from the cool-climate growing conditions. Dark cherry and berry fruit sit alongside warming spice and a clean, dry finish.
