See Saw Balance Rosé

See Saw's Balance Rose is exactly what it sounds like: a perfectly balanced expression of organic Pinot Noir, vinified pale to produce a wine of freshness, delicacy and genuine food versatility. Justin and Pip Jarrett have been farming the Orange region organically for over 25 years, and the rose is one of the wines that best captures the cool-climate freshness that elevation brings.

Orange's position at high altitude in central western NSW produces Pinot Noir with exceptional natural acidity and a brightness of fruit that translates perfectly into rose-style winemaking. The fruit is harvested in the cool of the night and handled gently to extract colour without tannin, before a cool, clean fermentation in stainless steel. The result is a wine of pale colour and aromatic purity that drinks beautifully as an aperitif, with seafood, salads or light summer dishes. Certified organic under Australian Certified Organic since 2019. All See Saw wines are vegan-friendly.

Colour: Light watermelon-pink with a bright, luminous appearance.

Nose: Lifted and fresh with aromas of red berries, rose petal and a gentle hint of cream. Clean and inviting with the natural brightness of cool-climate fruit.

Palate: Soft and textural with juicy strawberry and cranberry flavours. Plush on the mid-palate and balanced by refreshing natural acidity and a clean mineral drive. Light and elegant through to a dry, clean finish.
