Sourced entirely from our home vineyard, this Chenin Blanc reflects the heart and soul of our terroir. The 2022 vintage, blessed with warmth, yielded grapes of exceptional ripeness, allowing us to craft a classic yet rich expression of Chenin. Through partial malolactic fermentation and the gentle influence of an 1800L Slovenian Foudre, we've enhanced its textural complexity and depth. On the palate, experience a symphony of flavors—yellow stone fruits, lively green apple, and the delicate allure of nectarine skins, all harmonized with a subtle saline twist and hints of dried herbs.
