Château Bichon Cassignols is owned and operated by Marie & Jean-François Lespinasse. Without having sulphur in the Barriques to stabilise the wine "Le Petite Bichon" is bottled before April, to preserve the wine's integrity. This is outside the Graves appellation rules so the wine is classed as a Bordeaux superior.
