Situated at the extreme west of Provence, at an altitude of 380 meters overlooking the Mediterranean, our vineyards benefit from a unique microclimate and soil composition, a blend of clay and limestone. This exceptional wine is crafted from a harmonious blend of Cinsault, Syrah, and Grenache grapes, carefully cultivated to express the true character of the region. Its bright, nearly transparent petal-pink color hints at the vibrant flavors within. On the nose, aromas of red fruits, white flowers, peach skin, and citrus tantalize the senses. The palate is light, easy, and fresh, with a clean, long finish that leaves a lasting impression. Aged for up to 2 years, our L'instant Rosé is a testament to our commitment to quality and sustainability.
