Block 15 Shiraz comes from a specific vineyard site within Cape Jaffa’s Mount Benson estate, where maritime influence and limestone soils shape the character of the wine. The cooler growing conditions allow Shiraz to ripen slowly, developing flavour while retaining acidity and structure.

Cape Jaffa Wines works organically and biodynamically, with a strong emphasis on minimal intervention in the cellar. This approach allows the vineyard site to speak clearly, producing wines that are layered, textural and true to their origin.

The Aura Range Block 15 Shiraz reflects this philosophy, offering depth and savoury complexity alongside freshness and balance. It’s a wine that showcases both the power and finesse possible in cool-climate Shiraz, and a strong expression of Cape Jaffa’s commitment to site-specific, thoughtfully crafted wines.This wine offers a light ruby colour, and a light body and low alcohol content. Being 100% carbonic maceration, you can recognise the typical notes of wild strawberry, ripe raspberry and C. This wine can be enjoyed chilled for a fresh twist or at room temperature.
