Description
Introducing See Saw Minimal Intervention Organic Gee Gee, a wine that embodies the essence of natural winemaking. This unique blend of organic Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer comes from our organically certified vineyards. The Pinot Gris is sourced from Annangrove Park at 700m elevation and was hand-picked on the 12th of February, while the Gewürztraminer, from Balmoral at 900m elevation, was hand-picked on the 6th of March.
The winemaking process involves minimal intervention to preserve the natural flavors and characteristics of the grapes. The hand-picked grapes were placed into slotted half-tonne bins and transported directly to the winery, where whole bunches were moved into open fermenters. Wild fermentation began with the grapes fully intact, followed by 18 days of carbonic maceration. The fruit was then gently pressed into stainless steel tanks, with Lees stirred fortnightly for three months to enhance the mouthfeel. The wine was passed through a rock filter before bottling, resulting in a truly artisanal product.
Gee Gee boasts a cloudy watermelon hue and an enticing aroma of cumquats, rosewater, and musk overtones. The palate is treated to flavors of marmalade and tangerine, complemented by a long, satisfying mouthfeel. With 12% alcohol by volume, this vegan-friendly wine is perfect for pairing with spicy dishes, strong rich cheddars, or as a delightful companion for a long lunch. Enjoy it with the soothing tunes of "Sunset Lover" by Petit Biscuit.

I love its cripsness plus i dont get ab anti histamine reaction..been the High & Dry Tamberlaine Curvee for 5 years. Thank you for stocking it as its hard to ger in liqour shops. Dymphna
These glasses bring a lightweight, sophisticated touch to any dining experience. We received them as a gift and have been absolutely delighted—so much so that we wouldn’t choose anything else now. They’ve truly elevated our table setting.
We absolutely love this wine! After one run through the decanter, it becomes a beautifully smooth red. We also purchased the decanter from The Wine Traveller and couldn’t be happier. Quick dispatch and delivery. The organic reds taste incredibly fresh and clean—no chemical aftertaste at all and no hangover. We're hooked. Thanks, Greg!
I was at first hesitant about a sparkling wine in a screw cap bottle but was very pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the wine and the cap. The screw cap does a better job of keeping the bubbles fresh than any champagne stopper I have ever used.
This wine is our favourite drop for those everyday bubbles where you don't want to open an expensive French champagne like Verve or Taittinger (she who must be obeyed favourites).
It’s good enough to drink as a non alcoholic alternative to champagne and the little bottles are perfect - big enough to share or to drink the whole lot yourself!
I’ve had to give up my French champagne for health reasons and so I’ve tested many sparkling ‘wines’. I first sampled this at the famous Lakehouse Daylesford and have never looked back. It looks like champagne and is the closest thing you’ll get without the alcohol and the French touch. Give it a go!
It made me sad when my doctor said to give up alcohol. I love my bubbles. At a lunch at the Lakehouse I saw this non- alcoholic sparkling and gave it a go. Game changer. Looked the same and was very well received by my palate! The best part no adverse reactions and no hangover. So…..I had to buy some for those special celebrations when I didn’t want to feel left out. A little on the expensive side but worth it.
We are normally Shiraz drinkers, but I would describe this Grenache as a warmer-climate Pinot Noir with more body, making it incredibly approachable, food-friendly, and a fantastic alternative to heavier reds.
It is a highly aromatic, medium-bodied red wine with flavours reminiscent of red cherry, raspberry, and strawberry. Very nice indeed.
We were amazed how quickly you managed to package our order and get it Aus Post. Unfortunately, Aus Post are a business that do not care about quality and it took 2 weeks to get it to us. This is not out of the ordinary and I feel Aus Post are hurting businesses and this might impact on whether we decide to purchase from you guys again. However, you guys were great!
I tasted this wine at Marmelo restaurant in Melbourne. I loved it. I have been systematically tasting zero alcohol sparkling wines for some months and this was the best one I had ever tasted. I ordered 6 bottles, and everyone I share it with is VERY impressed.
My son bought this prosecco at the Sutherland Saturday markets, and we all agree it's the best prosecco we've had. I re-ordered directly through The Wine Traveller as they weren't there a couple of weeks ago, and delivery was super-fast plus 10% off my first order! Very happy, and will be purchasing again once we get through the latest box.
