Experience the refined craftsmanship of our 100% organic Chardonnay, sourced from our premium vineyards in Orange – Coole Park and Balmoral. This wine is a true expression of balance and complexity, with every step of the winemaking process designed to highlight the unique character of the fruit.

The Chardonnay grapes are whole berry pressed and transferred to 1- to 4-year-old French oak puncheons with light solids for fermentation. To achieve a perfect balance of creaminess and acidity, 50% of the parcels undergo malolactic fermentation, while fortnightly lees stirring over six months enhances the wine’s texture and complexity. The final blend is lightly filtered and bottled in September 2024, ensuring a wine of exceptional quality.

This Chardonnay presents a lovely straw hue with a youthful green tint, delivering enticing aromas of white nectarine, lemon curd, and delicate white florals. The palate is citrus-driven with a long, refreshing acidic line, while lees stirring has rounded out the mid-palate, adding texture and depth. At 12.5% alcohol, this wine offers a perfectly balanced profile that is both vibrant and satisfying.
