Ls Merchants Chardonnay

Experience the essence of a stellar vintage with LS Merchants Chardonnay 2022. After the challenges of the previous year, we were thrilled to harvest our Chardy precisely when it reached optimal ripeness, not dictated by unpredictable weather patterns. Comprising 80% Gin Gin clone and 20% Clone 95, organically grown grapes, this wine undergoes a unique co-fermentation process in 50% new French oak (100% puncheons, 500L) and 50% 1 to 3-year-old barrels (50% puncheons), utilizing only natural yeast and a touch of natural malolactic fermentation.

Delve into a symphony of flavors as grapefruit pith, lime brulee, and white nectarines dance on the palate, complemented by delicate notes of jasmine flower and nougat, all enhanced by a touch of sexy oak. The wine's richness and mouth-filling texture are balanced by a refreshing lime acidity, offering a truly indulgent experience.
