For over a decade, Delatite has dedicated itself to producing wines as naturally as possible, using 100% wild yeast in all Estate wines and avoiding enzymes or fining agents. This practice not only preserves the authentic flavors of the grapes but also makes our wines vegan-friendly. The biodynamic principles we follow in our vineyards further enhance biodiversity, ensuring the health and vitality of our vines without the use of artificial inputs.
