Hand-picked from our biodynamically managed vineyards, the grapes are whole bunch pressed and wild yeast fermented to preserve the natural complexity of the fruit. We avoid using enzymes or fining agents, which are often protein-based compounds used to reduce phenolics in the wine. By omitting these, our wines remain vegan-friendly, with minimal sulphur added to ensure purity and longevity.
The previous vintage of this wine received a well-deserved 90 Points (Silver) from Jenny Port in the Halliday Wine Companion 2024, reflecting the consistent quality of our Estate wines.
