This unique blend features five Pinot clones (MV6, 667, 115, 777, and Abel) cultivated across our three vineyards with varying elevations. Harvested selectively in the cool morning, the fruit undergoes a cold soak prior to fermentation in open-top fermenters. To ensure a light extraction, the wine is hand-plunged daily and pressed off skins after 10 days. It is then matured in a combination of stainless steel tanks and barrels for 6 months before blending and bottling.

The result is a bright cherry red wine with an enticing aroma of red plums and violets, complemented by a hint of background oak. On the palate, enjoy the flavors of wild strawberries, pomegranate, and a spicy red-fruited mid-palate integrated with fine tannins.
