Description

Nomads Gardens' Skin Contact Field Blend is a natural wine that's as close to the grape as it gets! The grapes are crushed and destemmed, then sent to open stainless steel fermenters where they undergo wild fermentation. The ferments are kept cool and pumped over twice daily. Once fermentation is complete, the tank is locked down and the wine remains on skins for 91 days. No SO2 additions are made in the winery, giving this wine a noticeably more orange appearance than other wines on the market. It's light, refreshing, and perfect for any occasion.
