A blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier, with 5% still red wine added from the estate vineyards at Verzenay and Ay, aged for 30 to 36 months on lees with 15% reserve wine. The fine nose is characterised by pristine red fruitiness intermingling with spicy complexity and mineral whiffs. The well-built, muscular palate has a genuine degree of vinosity.
